Gathering Personal Information: No personal information or information that can be tied to your personal identity will be gathered by Marketing Counsel, Inc. (MCI) without you being made aware of it. If you enter personal information into a form on any site owned by MCI, that information is obviously being gathered and used for internal purposes.

Using & Sharing Personal Information: If you provide MCI with personal information, MCI will never share your personal information without your explicit permission with the following exception: If you are purchasing anything from MCI using a credit card, your name and credit card information will be shared with a licensed and bonded service only for the purpose of determining your credit worthiness.

Gathering, Using & Sharing Other Information: MCI and services used by MCI (e.g. web site metrics services) may gather, use, and share anonymous statistical data that is provided through your standard browser's interaction with any web site owned by MCI. We may collect and store: the name of the domain and host from which you access the Internet (for example, aol.com or princeton.edu); the Internet protocol (IP) address of the computer you are using; the browser software you use and your operating system; the date and time you access our site; and the Internet address of the website from which you linked directly to our site. We may store this data indefinitely.
